I listened to this section of the call again. During the past quarter gross margins increased from 67 to 69%. Some of the reasons were increased use of outsourcing, switch from PLDS to ASICs, purchasing most components at market prices (low inventory). This article makes a "mountain out of a molehill", i.e. it is bullshit!
