Hi Sig, Regards to Jan, Real Estate in SW Florida is hot, especially if it throws off any sort of rental income. Listings come and go in a matter of days. I went back to the land....Katy Scarlett... and reactivated my RE license. I am now formally out of my jammies (no more day trading) and have to dress, leave the house and be nice to people on a daily basis . Been a pretty good thing but I miss my old chums. How are you all doing??? Congrats on the new pup Donnie. Judith
