TITAN ANNOUNCES NEW TRADING SYMBOL: TANC
FORT WORTH, Texas, July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Titan Energy Corp., Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: TANC) formerly known as Funscape Corp. and
formerly trading under (OTC Bulletin Board: IMPN) announced today it
has changed its trading symbol to TANC. In the past two weeks TANC
also received a new cusip#-888-282-100 as well as being listed in
Standard & Poor's Corporation Records, page 6488.
In recent months, TANC also announced the acquisition of a 12,904,618
acre oil and gas lease in the Eromanga Basin in Australia; the
acquisition of 650 oil and gas wells with approximately 22.2 million
barrels of recoverable oil with a discounted present value of $100,000,
000 in the Corsicana Field, Texas; the acquisition of Oil Retrieval
Systems portable swabbing assets and liabilities; the acquisition of
the patented Quaternary technology to be utilized to enhance recovery
of in-place oil and gas reserves by up to 60%; the sale by the largest
shareholder in TANC -- Rife Oil Properties, Inc. of 40% of its stock to
Oilex, Inc. -- Houston, Texas (OTC Bulletin Board: OLEX) for $10,980,
000.
TANC is in the business of acquiring and developing oil and gas
properties internationally, as well as manufacturing and selling its
portable swabbing units and Quaternary technologies.
