A crime is taking place on CNBC. There is a guest (Nancy Kimelman, Chief Economist for SEI Investments) discussing the need to be in the market from the very bottom in order to obtain descent gains. She's encouraging investors to take the plunge and speculate that the bottom has been reached. Liz Clayman seems to be supporting that view.
