Jay, I think that the agreement you refer to is strictly set up for SMALL numbgers of people. I am not an attorney, but beleive that if you get up around 50 members, you will need a securities license, especially since you are acting like a mutual fund. There is a gray area here that NAIC has specifically addressed in their sample agreement. One of the clauses specifically prohibits any member from profiting at the expense of others. I have to agree with Caroline that you need to do a LOT more research into what you are attempting to do. Janet Reno will be knocking on your door, as soon as she gets some time between ducking the Senate investigation requests <g>.
