Good morning, Gents. I see the "discussion" has gotten off to a lively start this morning. Guess I'll join in to take the chill off the early morning air. No, I meant the chill in the air here in Northern Arizona. Not the chill in the air here on the thread. Fall has flung here.

First of all, some not-so-subtle hints from Hank and that yahoo Bucky (Oooops ... should have capitalized Yahoo) indicate that perhaps some inside information is being leaked to strong supporters. That's nasty. Whether it has happened or not is unknown to those of us out here in investor-land, but the impression has been made. That's not good for the company nor for those making the comments. 'Nuff said in that area.

Secondly, I'd like to support one of Bob's concerns, and that is the "revolving door" at FSTW. They've had several folks in and out of that door over the past few years. Top that off with several versions of a product in a relatively basic application (and, I don't mean just Visual Basic), and it causes me to have serious concern about the vision and direction of the company.

Now we have a marketing type person in charge of R&D that has had 5 positions in 8 years of experience. And, one of those was as President & CEO of the last company she was at. Even that sounds a bit fishy, since the company is headquartered in Michigan, and she lives in Norcross, GA. Now, why would a former Pres/CEO of a technology company take on a position of Director in another small company?

Perhaps there's another newcomer waiting in the wings to take on the VP of R&D position. If so, I hope it's somebody with tons of experience in software and services. One who knows the ropes. Not from reading books, but from living the environment. I keep checking my email, but RTB hasn't sent me an offer yet. [That's a joke, son ...]

Regards,

TED
