I don't think so.. It was some time last year when I was still on Win95 but while I had it on that machine I did not change my normal surfing behaviour which even with dialup and that box was 2/3 windows at a time.. My recommendation is to try out one of the ones that give you 30 day freebee.. to get a feel for it..
