Very interesting. Like I said in an earlier post, our company is pretty small. Our aggregate 401K account balance is south of $3 mil. Our HR person has NO (and I mean ZERO) experience with investing. I'm sure the administrators have sent her in the direction you describe. If it weren't for the company matching, there'd be no point.
