I'll stop voting for Mr. Davis when Republicans show me a candidate who can look back and realize that electricity cannot be deregulated. Can I trust you to realize that the State Government of California has its own electricity consumption and cost along with Federal offices located here? Of course, Tax receipts are going to shrink relative to 1999. I have no trading profits to show you this year. My California tax bill for 2002 will shrink by 70% compared to the last three years. It would be foolish of you to blame that on Grey Davis.
