Hey, Bill, how did a bunch of diplomatically challenged greedy Texas republican oil-hungry cowboys get China to vote "yes" instead of abstaining and get France and Russia to talk Syria into voting "yes" as well? ;-)

PS: The press says passage is the next step toward war. They have it wrong - it's the next step in averting war. BWDIK?
