Darnley Bay arranges $20,000 flow-through financing Darnley Bay Resources Ltd DBL Shares issued 29,759,747 Nov 7 close $0.10 Fri 8 Nov 2002 News Release Mr. Leon La Prairie reports Darnley Bay Resources has negotiated, subject to regulatory acceptance, a private placement of 200,000 units at the price of 10 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one flow-through common share and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant to entitle the holder to purchase one flow-through common share at a price of 25 cents up to March 31, 2003. The proceeds of this private placement will be used for working capital.
