insouciance (What a great word to pull out...) or large cajones of confidence/naivete that more funding will be available given a p2 and two more moving to p1 in the next 12 mos. So far, to the best of my limited knowledge, they have been executing. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and averaged down @ 1.5 two days ago...should have given everyone a heads-up on the clear contrarian short signal that I reliably supply...
