Jay - 1) DO you have a way to play the poping of the South England Real Estate Bubble ? Short some of their financing insitutions, or better yet, long term puts ? 2) US and Canadian Natural Gas Royalty trusts. Some of the Canadain ones are paying 12- 18 % returns, tied to the price of Natural gas. Gas goes up in prices ,returns increase, and the stock value follows. Usefull inforamiton at Kurt Wolff's www.mcdep.com .
