So many energy trusts have been discussed lately that I am losing track of which have been commented on.

Has anyone taken a look at PVX? Not many entities pay a 22% yield, and I would like to know what's wrong with this one. It hasn't been around that long, and a pattern I have seen before is to jack up the stock price with big distributions of income and then make a secondary stock offering (which promptly knocks the price back down again), or use stock as a means of making acquisitions.
