Re: Refinancing

All, looking for a little advice regarding refinancing.
I've never done it before, now it seems that I have an opportunity.

Currently I have a 30 year fixed at 6.5%. It looks like currently 6.25 can be had for no points-no fee.

Should I jump on this now? Should I wait for further drops? What are standard guidelines?

If I refinance at 6.25 and the rate drop to 6.00/5.75 in a few weeks or months, can I do it again or is there typically some type of waiting period.
