It seems that every major newspaper in the United States, liberal and conservative alike, are characterizing yesterday's UN Resolution as major diplomatic victory for the Bush administration. You seem very hard pressed to give the man credit for anything.

It was an interesting move to throw back my idea to wait and see how this plays out before declaring Bush's Iraq policy a succeess or failure. I am willing to do that thouhgh. Are you?
