Hello Chris,

I learned about Elex on the ECM thread here on SI. Initial reaction on that thread among Elex shareholders has been negative (most feel the price Elex is getting from SANM is too low). On the other hand, from what little I know, the merger seems to make good business sense to me. Personally, I'm a short-termer in the process of taking a longer term perspective (unless there's a rival bid<g>). Hope your wife will prosper with the new SANMelex.
