--I would like to know when in the heck these state and city leaders are going to start cutting spending and get themselves down to bare bones organizations. -- the road spending boondoggle - r51 - failed in washington state... about 64% of 39% voted against it... the next day, the newslady was admonishing the voters as if to say, 'oh you're all so stupid for voting against that... see... the dept. of transportation is going to have to layoff 610 workers!'... then she went on to say something to the effect of... 'but you poor stupid voters will have a chance to redeem yourselves in the upcoming spring elections...'
