Edwards & Sons, Inc. 6 Nov 2002, 08:09am ET - - - - - CKFR: reit` buy / aggr - After a tumultuous several years of building out its systems and chasing the proverbial "hockey stick" of consumer adoption, we believe the CKFR is now moving into a phase of sustained profitability and earnings growth. Third quarter earnings exceeded our estimates by three to four pennies a share on transaction growth that was in excess of 30%. We continue to see evidence from CKFR and other sources that banks and billers are getting more assertive and effective in their efforts to move consumers on-line to receive or pay their bills.
