I'd love to know who would get stricken. Certainly there are a lot of RWE's that would find their speech restricted. See, I think that is wrong especially because because I disagree with the speech. It's best not to let people who seek control to hide, but let them roam about doing ill. The first thing people who want control do is restrict free-press. Ideas that are true will ultimately prevail in a free press. Silencing the opposition is the first step to authoritarian regimes.

On another note, I find it frightening that our leader hasn't read books "for pleasure." The only useful knowledge is knowledge learned and knowledge used. A self-satisfied person who hasn't read Sun Tzu would probably not be able to compete with someone that has because the ideas are transcendent of the culture.

The best war is the war not fought
Subversion and alliance is much better than conflict
The rulers key players are his agents

The list goes on, but only for about 50 pages. It is a manual for world domination in a sustainable form that is nearly benevolent. There is some really good stuff in that book.
