Today the president himself talks chiefly of disarmament and, at least theoretically, leaves open the possibility that a disarmed and fully inspected Saddam Hussein-led regime will be an acceptable outcome for the United States. Kristol is incorrect.. I heard Bush state on Thursday or Friday we need regime change in Iraq... I do not think he had changed his mind at all just playing politics with UN. to move inspectors...
