Dell support-the least of my worries. Businesses get the best, individuals come last. But Dell is trying to keep up, with that India call center. Can get any level of support one wants, it just costs more. Replace entire computer in one day( I guess they would copy and reload the HD) dell.com Sig ( 2hour response time anyone? Tech on-site)
