MIchael, yes, I think that we are in a cyclical bull phase that started 7/23 (that is when the sentiment indicators reached their extremes, though prices went a little lower in early October). If the current decline stops more or less where I think it will (around 1222), then my target for the next top is 1946 on the Naz and it could go even higher (that will depend a lot on how extreme the sentiment indicators gets on the upside).
