( 2hour response time anyone? Tech on-site) Sig, to me, the response lately has been very efficient. Before, I called and was connected to India. Last time, I was connected to South Alabama. They people answering my questions were on the ball. They are prompt and courteous and they will get an answer, if they do not have it! They even return a call when you leave a message. :)Leigh
