I own two apartments in Queens NY.

I live in one and the other one is for investment purposes. IMO, market prices for real estate in Queens are very inflated. I won't mind if the market price of the one I live in falls a lot because eventually I will need a bigger place and that just means it will be easier for me to roll up. However, I would love to either get the excess market value out of the investment property or at least hedge it against the inevitable bear market around here. I don't feel like going through the hassle of trying to sell it right now. Too busy.
