"Will to act"? You mean exterminate them? I don't think so, no. Take military action against Iraq? Yes, that will happen if needed. Against Afghanistan because of 9/11? Already has. over run Europe the old fashioned way You mean militarily? Not a chance. If for no other reason, because almost all those European states are members of NATO. If they are attacked. they can get US help. But the Muslims could not conquer Europe even without that. By outbreeding them? Not in 20 years. I doubt 200 would do it.
