Oh no, not another silver discovery in a zinc mine !! O'Reilly's mine strikes silver 10 November 2002, Mail on Sunday RISH media tycoon Sir Anthony O'Reilly, who owns The Independent newspaper group, Waterford Crystal and a zinc mine, has struck silver. His company, Arcon International, has discovered a rich silver seam in its Galmoy zinc mine south-west of Dublin.
