i also e-mailed john re the sales curve for wp8. i didn't expect a reply, and haven't got one. i've just bought wp8 and am getting to know it. but there is one rather large glitch - it won't convert word97 files! since all my data is now in word97, this basically ties me to word97 until a conversion utility is available. not very smart marketing, n'est ce pas? maybe there's a way around this- if any one out there has found it, plse let me know. thanks tom
