That was a good thing to figure out nine years ago. Congratulations! It took me quite a bit longer to come to the same conclusion, but I have!

Lawrence does make some good points, however. Normally I would say the present is always the best time to buy INTC, but I have my doubts at the moment. I have some cash in my IRA (which is rare as I am almost always fully invested in equities) that is burning a hole in my pocket. If you were me, would you by more INTC now or would you wait?
Do you expect a pullback? What price should I target?
