American Technology's HyperSonic Sound Wins 2002 Popular Science Grand Award; HSS Honored by Magazine's 15th Annual Best of What's New Awards
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 11, 2002--American Technology
Corp. (Nasdaq:ATCO) announced today that its HyperSonic(R) Sound
(HSS(R)) technology has won the Grand Award for General Technology
from the Popular Science 2002 15th Annual Best of What's New Awards.
HSS was selected from among thousands of new products, technology
developments, and scientific achievements recognized by Popular
Science. HyperSonic Sound, along with other winners, is being featured
in Popular Science's December 2002 issue which will be released
tomorrow, November 12th.
