The first member to be added to the Advanced Hyperbaric Technologies, Inc. Medical Advisory Board is Dr. Bok Lee, a leading expert and researcher in the field of wound care. Dr. Lee is a Professor of Surgery at the New York Medical College and the Director of Research at Sound Shore Medical Center in New York. He is a Senior Member of the Society For Vascular Surgery and a former member of the Board of Governors for the American College of Surgeons, and is the author of many published articles and textbooks including two books related to Wound Healing. Dr. Lee is currently working on a third book relating to wound care, titled Acute & Chronic Wound Management. This book will include two chapters dedicated to Oxygen & Wound Healing; one chapter to be written by T.K. Hunt, a leading researcher and expert in the field of oxygen and wound healing and the second chapter to be written by Dr. Frank Rossi, Medical Director for Advanced Hyperbaric Technologies, Inc., Dr. Laura Edsberg, and Mike Brogan, a physical therapist and certified wound specialist. All three of the distinguished writers have extensive experience with Topical Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. This book is scheduled for publishing by McGraw Hill in the upcoming year.
