delt1970, Sorry I don't know i-manage... a little too small for me to be familiar with (although I do keep up with other small companies like blue but thats because they once were big companies LOL)... actually content/collaboration is not doing too well in here though, the only software that seems to be picking up a little is the real core stuff like financial packages. Otoh, these cheapies are not going down anymore... I don't know how much cash Imanage has but if they are at all solvent I would wait for a pop if you do intend to sell fwiw Lizzie
