Hello E. If you are interested in whether or not the quotes ascribed to the Quran are accurate you could check:

hti.umich.edu

For example, from your post:

XXIV/6-7: As for those who accuse their wives but have no witnesses except themselves , let the testimony of one of them be four testimonies...

Here we see, that a husband can easily accuse his wife (or wives) and eventually sentence her to death by merely declaring four times that the accusation is true. On the other hand, women have no such right in Islam.

24.1 to 24.19 discusses fornication and the resulting punishment. There is nothing in that section that states that a husband can easily accuse his wife (or wives) and eventually sentence her to death by merely declaring four times that the accusation is true. On the other hand, women have no such right in Islam.

The referenced passage (24.2) seems to provide for equal punishment for the man and the woman. Also, verse 24.8 seems to give the woman the right to avoid punishment by testifying four times.

Don't ask me about Islam or the Quran. I know little or nothing about the religion.I just wanted to provide a link a site where quotes from the Quran can be verified.
