Well, I wasn't THERE when it happened. But the vast majority of people watching the interview with Broaderrick believed her, and I did, too. After all, it seemed to fit in with his patter of behavior.

Certainly his indiscretions were not on par with selling arms to Iran and using the money to fund civil war in a poor miserable country wreaked by war and poverty.

Depends on your outlook. While I don't believe half the Iran/Contra BS, I don't have a problem with what the Reagan administration was trying to do. These things we do when we're engaged in international struggles aren't really on par with the kind of personal assaults Clinton committed on a routine basis.
