Alpha-Beta has indicated that they intend to unblind the data and release it within two weeks following the meeting of the adjudication panel which meets on Thursday and Friday of this week (7/24-25). Thus, the company is expecting to unblind the data BY Friday August 8. The release of data could come any time after this Friday (7/25). I would not, however, be surprised to see the release as late as Monday, August 11, since unblinding the data late on the prior Friday would allow the company an entire weekend to digest it without being obligated to release it. The adjudication panel, as I understand it, will see data that is STILL BLINDED; that is they will be reviewing case records without knowing whether they are from the drug group or the placebo group. It is my understanding that they are evaluating the clinical assessments of records without knowledge of whether they are drug or placebo. Hoped that helped. biowa
