Ms. JH:

My bearishness in Oct 97 was justified. The stock went lower and lower and made a final low about a year later.

Also, I was not wrong about LSI going higher. I didn't make any predictions but I pulled the "Sell" trigger so many times in 2000 that I have lost count. That action has been justified as well, as the stock has lost more than 90% from its all-time highs.

Even though I didn't use the phrase "internet bubble", you can go back to post #22119 and look at my comments. I am talking about a bubble that is far more expansive than just the dot-com companies.

I have begun to talk about deflation recently. That's right. But even now, "conventional wisdom" says that there is little or no possibility of deflation. Of course it was "conventional wisdom" that was saying there is no bubble in 2000 :-)

I wish you good luck, but I wouldn't count on any meaningful stock price changes in the coming few years. There will be moves like LSI going from 4 to 7, of course, but they will amount to be of no value to all except the nimblest of traders.
