Sparky, FSII officers holds less than 10% of the company as compare to SMTL where the CEO holds 51% of the company stock. If there's a hostile takeover does FSII have the money to buy the controlling shares? Don't think so...that's why I'm holding this stock. If there's a bidding war perhaps the stock will go beyond $30... I'm just dreaming... Mike
