I wish Stephan cut deeper than 18% and cut the executive salary as well, instead of diluting his shares by selling stock to Berg at a discount, especially when there is no earning to support a higher stock price. As for contract manufacturing vs. intellectual property issues, I hear you. VLNC may not have too many options at this time viz. VLNC does not control OEM product qualification schedule. I wish he addresses this issue clearly at this week's call. jmo. Ram
