Further update on my Excel situation:

The original promise of cutting the check this Tuesday and sending it out on Tuesday or Wednesday has not been fulfilled. Cindy called again today and told me that the check will be cut and send out tomorrow, on Thursday.

I hope that this is correct. Oherwise I will have to spread my story further and also contact the VSE.
