It turn out that the war in Bosnia was nothing but a scam of both religious leader's so as to enrich themselves. While fighting ferociously on the battlefield and genociding each other, the top guns on both sides were trading arms between themselves. Of course, this profitable trade has now trickled to almost nothing, so they moved the Christian/Muslim arm trading business to greener pastures, to Sudan. By Jove, we need to give those guys in Sudan a good down to earth BB nasdaq market, so all the leaders can get their coffers full just by emptying their populace's pockets without actually shedding their blood. What kind of business is that anyway, killing the same people you can squeeze money from legitimately?
Come to think of it, look at Albania, there they have pushed the art of scammery to its peak, the Albanian should send some training agents to Sudan and peace will reign there. As I have said before, Doug, "Plague on both their houses".
