Specialty Coffee Retailer Tully's Signs with National Processing Company for Processing Services

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- National Processing Company (NPC®), a leading provider of merchant credit card processing and a wholly owned subsidiary of National Processing, Inc. (NYSE: NAP), announced the signing of a multi-year credit card processing agreement with Seattle based Tully's Coffee Corporation. Under the terms of the agreement, NPC will provide authorization and settlement services for all MasterCard® and VISA® transactions accepted at Tully's store locations. In addition, the new Tully's Coffee Card(TM) (a stored value gift and convenience card) is being processed through the same POS terminals as credit cards.

Creating a coffee experience that customers savor and enjoy has made Tully's a prominent name in specialty coffee. Serving both retail and wholesale accounts, Tully's Coffee(TM) can be found in its stores and in restaurants, offices, and grocery stores in the Western U.S. and through licensed stores in Japan.
