Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders Sept. 3, 2002, the company has consolidated its capital on a 1:10 basis. The name of the company has also been changed from Barramundi Gold Ltd. to PacRim Resources Ltd.
Effective at the opening Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2002, the common shares of PacRim Resources Ltd. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Barramundi Gold Ltd. will be delisted. The company is classified as a precious metals exploration and development company.
