add a "D" AVCID - not much action yet 2500 shares 3.42 - 3.47.

I'll think about it IF under 3. R/S 70% of companies go down over time and good % go under. Often times leads to dilution as management now has a small float to influence.

Bought before @ .71 and sold @ .85. I think that kind of thinking is the only way on this one for awhile. Long term it has a shot, but I don't see a rush. Management will support it for awhile so long as it is in their best interest. Let's see how long it takes for them to issue some cheap options.
