Lucretius,

We need Razorback here. Check out this news on what MTCI did
to its debenture holders. Guess what guys/gals? They may have some of
the same "investors" we do. I suspect UFH (The "Lichtenstiniens": Who I bet don't speak a word of Lichtenstinien.) They are also suing
the pants off their former COO.

Wolfy: If you have their ear, pass this on to EXSO management.

NEW YORK, July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Management Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq:MTCI) today
announced it has filed suit in the Southern District Court of New York against sixteen individual and
corporate defendants. The suit alleges the parties named purchased convertible debentures issued by the
company pursuant to Regulation S for the purpose of manipulating the price of its stock.

The suit seeks to have the defendants' options to convert their debentures into common stock below
market price declared null and void and recovery of damages.

The company also filed suit in the Supreme Court of the State of New York against its former president,
Peter Morris. The suit seeks to declare a $310,000 Management Technologies' convertible debenture
held by Morris is null and void.

Management Technologies chief executive officer, Michael J. Edison, stated the company's belief that,
``successful conclusion to these suits will yield significant benefits to current shareholders by reducing
present and future dilution attributable to the defendants' illegal activities.''

Management Technologies specializes in the development, implementation and support of software for
international financial institutions. The Company has offices in all major financial centers and supports
more than 150 financial institutions worldwide.

By the way, you must be a hit at parties when you introduce
yourself.
