Some fellow on the news last night was critisizing Pres.Bush for being an oilman and cant see past it ,all he is worrying about is getting oil from Alaska or Iraq or some were else.For less money than he will spend to secure provisions of oil from the middle east he could setup a whole new info structure of Hydrogen,and speed up the hydrogen revolution ,When governments finally get the message it will be the biggest thing to happen since the industrial revolution ,He thinks a time frame of total change over should start now with a time frame of 20 years ,this will clean up the environment as well,he talked about extracting hydrogen from natural gas as a way to start ,they asked him if he had heard of Ballard and he said yes ,they are the way of the future ,if only bush could wake up.
