We won't 'gain control' of the oil unless we take control of it. We could just leave it, but i hope we don't. (and we won't). Since 'they' forced us into war, 'they' should have to pay for it. The US and allies should should get back what this war costs them, in at least 'dollars' through oil. We could take more than that, but i hope we don't. If we were the Romans, we would take all their oil, gold and women and enslave the ones we didn't kill. One more thing. You're not immune just because you're Canadian. They would eventually get around to wanting to kill you too, unless you converted to their brand of Muslim.
