Talked to IR yesterday (Charles Goyette, sp?) Earning will be announced in conjunction with the shareholders meeting. No exact time yet. Probably late August. No shareholder suits have been filed. Harbinger wants to get a couple seats on the board of directors. The insurance adjusting division has been shut down. Apparently they could not find a buyer. IMHO this is good news. This division was bleeding the company and had no significant upside. Look for a one time charge against earnings. Fryguys in Walmarts have increased in number. There have been new food products introduced. They have made advances with independent distributors. He didn't give me specific numbers. Perhaps someone else can nail him down. Overall he sounded rather positive. He said the stock is as oversold now as it was overbought when it was at 4 3/8. I am hanging on for now. Good luck to all. Schafe
