Ram: Stephan gave us a hint of today's announcement on the last conference call when one of his goals for the quarter was working with a Chinese company on the manufacturing of Saphion Batteries (#10 on your list). While on the surface today's announcement sounds good, one has to remember that the Devil is in the details. I would certainly like to hear a little more about why this is such a great deal. Were there up front fees involved? Just what does this mean in terms of time til production, quantity of production, anticipated revenue, costs etc. Let us not forget that Stephan stated that the promised revenue stream is supposed to be delayed only one to two quarters (#6 on your list from the call). As of this moment I see no evidence of a revenue stream out there! Also what does this imply about our relationship with other Asian manufacturers with whom we have been having a long term dance such as Amperex? FengFan certainly seems to have come out of the blue! What ever happened to Samsung? And how about Tier 1 OEM's? Just some questions I would like to hear addressed at tomorrows conference call.
