Mainly wish I'd followed Stefaan out at $1.72. :-(

As far as the deal is concerned, it looks as though we would end up with a change of name, and a continuing big discount to cash. Great for the HYSQ shareholders, of course.
Unless someone has some very nice things to say about the Hyseq pipeline, "NO" looks good to me. Return the cash to shareholders & auction off the IP, if they can't sell the company to someone who can pay in credible currency (either stock or $).
