There used to be a concept called JUSTICE which was held in the highest regard by a substantial portion of our population. Now, there is almost no such thing here in the USA. It has been completely replaced by individuals who use THE LAW and the LETTER OF THE LAW (with all of it's loop holes) to administer their own form of a personal power trip on unsuspecting people. This news article fits perfectly with the thread's title. A black eye indeed!
